Is Build right for a one-person business?: Usually not. Build is $15,000 a month with a three-month minimum, so it fits established businesses with enough repeating work to justify $45,000 or more. A Consult block can still help an owner map one job, and the free exercise at of1.ai/ask costs nothing.
Should I hire or build first?: Look at the work, not the role. If most of it repeats and can be checked quickly, map it before you hire. If it needs judgment and relationships every time, a person is the better choice. A Consult block can help you make that call on your own numbers.
What if my team is wary of AI?: Start with one job they find tedious, keep a person approving the output, and measure it against how it runs today. People stay in charge of what goes out, and you set the pace.

Agents work only on your systems, and a shared on-call rotation covers them 24/7, with response times in writing. Build has a three-month minimum: $45,000 at the base level. Higher tiers and separately quoted work cost more.
Do you do the work, or teach me to do it?: Both, at the same time. We build with you and teach you the skills to build and operate your own AI-first business.
What happens when AI models change?: We build systems that expect change, so you can move to better models without starting over. The model is a part you can replace; the process and the judgment stay yours.
