Questions, answered.

Is Build right for a one-person business?

Usually not. Build is $15,000 a month with a three-month minimum, so it fits established businesses with enough repeating work to justify $45,000 or more. A Consult block can still help an owner map one job, and the free exercise at of1.ai/ask costs nothing.

Should I hire or build first?

Look at the work, not the role. If most of it repeats and can be checked quickly, map it before you hire. If it needs judgment and relationships every time, a person is the better choice. A Consult block can help you make that call on your own numbers.

What if my team is wary of AI?

Start with one job they find tedious, keep a person approving the output, and measure it against how it runs today. People stay in charge of what goes out, and you set the pace.

I hold a specific role. Which site is mine?

Use the one that matches your seat: CEO of One for founder-CEOs, CRO of One for revenue leaders, HR of One for the person running HR, and so on. The offers and prices are the same across the network.

How much does Build cost, and what is included?

Build is $15,000 a month. Each month, pick up to 5 business processes for our build-with-you coaches to work on. They build your AI systems with you and teach your team to run them. If you ever leave, the systems stay with you. Agents work only on your systems, and a shared on-call rotation covers them 24/7, with response times in writing. Build has a three-month minimum: $45,000 at the base level. Higher tiers and separately quoted work cost more.

Do you do the work, or teach me to do it?

Both, at the same time. We build with you and teach you the skills to build and operate your own AI-first business.

What happens when AI models change?

We build systems that expect change, so you can move to better models without starting over. The model is a part you can replace; the process and the judgment stay yours.

What is the Of One method?

A method for hard decisions in three parts, Ask, Map and Move: ask the right questions, map what you find, make the best move. It is published at of1.ai.

What happens after I enquire, and what is the minimum commitment?

Send a short description of your work, then choose a time to talk or wait for our reply. The enquiry does not buy a service. We agree scope and price before paid work. Consult: 5-hour block · $2,000 minimum. Build: Three-month minimum · $45,000 minimum commitment. Build Plus is $25,000 a month ($75,000 minimum); Build Program is $50,000 a month ($150,000 minimum). New software products and core-system replacement are quoted separately.
