A $2,000 block (five hours) can work toward a map of one repeating job, from what starts it to the finished result: the steps a system could draft, the checks a person keeps, and a measure taken before anything changes. Scope is agreed at the start, and the map may show the job is not worth automating.

Build fits when several repeating jobs cost more than $45,000 over three months in time, errors or delayed revenue, and someone on your side will own each one. Build is $15,000 a month for up to 5 processes at once, with a three-month minimum.

Three months is counted as 13 weeks. This is not an estimate of savings: a system would not remove all of this work, your team’s time during the build counts too, and quality and risk matter as much as hours.
Before choosing Build
The total cost of today’s work is not the amount a system will save. Count only the time, errors or delays you have a credible plan to remove.
For work judged by quality, service or risk, agree how you will evaluate those outcomes too. A saving or improvement is something to measure, not a promise this page can make.
If a partner, co-owner or lender shares the decision, send them the example, the job you want to fix, the cost of the hire you would otherwise make, and the three-month Build minimum of $45,000.
Choose a hire when the work needs judgment and relationships every time, or someone physically on site.
