Ask: name the unknowns
Most decisions start with unknowns. Ask breaks a problem into eight questions before anything is built: who decides, what outcome they want, what is true now, what the hard limits are, which levers exist, how change happens, what evidence will show it, and when the decision gets made.
Map: see the terrain
The map is not a plan. It shows where the leverage is and where the constraints will bite, so the work goes where it pays.
Move: build and measure
Only then do we build: the smallest version that tests the riskiest guess, with measurement wired in, improved week after week.
