When Build pays its way

Build is $15,000 a month for up to 5 processes at once, with a three-month minimum, so the base commitment is $45,000. It makes sense when the repeating work you hand over costs more than that in time, errors or delayed revenue.

Each process gets an owner on your side, a baseline before it changes, and a person who approves anything that goes out under your name.

What sits outside base Build

Processes that talk to customers live, or touch health, payment or student records, are listed in Build Plus. An MSA, a DPA, insurance and a security review are listed in Build Program. New software products and replacing a core system are quoted separately.

What you get

Each month, pick up to 5 business processes for us to work on. Work starts in week one. Anything not finished carries into next month’s 5.

Each one becomes a working automation in your own tools, tested on your real work and taught to your team.

What a process is

A business process is one job your team repeats, start to finish: from what starts it to a finished result you can check. For example, a new inquiry becomes a booked job.

Each one belongs to one team, with one owner on your side, and runs in the tools you already use. Bigger jobs are split, and you approve the list.

A process counts toward your 5 from the day work starts until it is live and your team has taken it over, or until you drop it.

What each becomes

A working automation that runs on your real work, in your own accounts, and has passed a test your owner signed off.

A person approves anything that can’t be undone. If it fails, it falls back to today’s way, and your owner can run it.

Three levels

Build comes in three levels, and each adds to the one before it. Each level has a three-month minimum term.

Build · $15,000 a month

$45,000 minimum commitment over three months. Up to 5 business processes at once.

Build Plus · $25,000 a month

$75,000 minimum commitment over three months. Up to 10 business processes at once. Adds processes that talk to your customers live or touch health, payment or student records, same-day requests, and 2 of your people trained as champions.

Build Program · $50,000 a month

$150,000 minimum commitment over three months. Up to 20 business processes at once, across departments. Adds a named person on call around the clock as your backup, one shared platform piece at a time, and an MSA, a DPA, insurance and a security review.

Who does the work

You work side by side with our build-with-you coaches. They build your AI systems with you and teach your team to run them. If you ever leave, the systems stay with you.

Together we map the work, build the systems, wire them into the tools you already use, and fix what breaks. You learn how each system works and how to change it.

Agents work only on your systems, and a shared 24/7 on-call rotation answers with response times in writing, so the systems your business depends on do not wait for office hours.
